I first learned of Anthony Fleres of Serenity Building Services when my Electrician, Ted Poecker recommended him for some "minor" framing. Anthony came in with his tape measure and note pad and I ultimately asked him to give me a price for complete remodeling of our 25 x 13 family room. The price was for some framework, 5 new doors, 8 new Andersen Windows, complete drywall and joint compound. We were so please with the work being performed that we decided to have Anthony do the tile floor in our foyer. Once all of this work was completed, I asked Anthony if he was willing to prime and paint, which he did! We even had them paint the rest of the interior of the house! Anthony was always honest, on time, and always kept me abreast of how things were going when I couldn't be at home.

In a time when good, reliable contractors are hard to come by, Anthony was breath of fresh air to work with. I would recommend Serenity to the closest of friends to perform any type of remodeling project.

Thank you Serenity Building Services for doing a great job on updating my deck with composite and glass railings and building new stairs. By the time I found you (recommended from a mutual friend), I had shopped around and was feeling very overwhelmed with the process. Most of the other contractors did not want the job because I wasn't asking for an entire re-build, I just wanted the deck upgraded. I also did not feel confident that the other builders even knew how to properly install the glass on the front section of the deck. When Anthony came by to take a look at what I needed, I knew immediately he had experience in doing composite decking and could help me. I was provided with a professional written estimate and the process took approximately 2 weeks. Anthony and his crew were there every day. It turned out to be a very good experience! Our home was built in 1913 in the historic Montrose section of South Orange, N.J. and recently remodeled, but there was several cracks in our walls/ceilings and water damage in one of the bedrooms. Anthony and his team were able to fix the cracks and paint the walls to match existing color.

It went extremely well. Anthony spent three days in our home and his work was meticulous. The paint job was superb.
